Content and AI use rules

Status: 12 September 2026 – draft for legal review

1. Responsibility for entries

Customers may use only content, voices, images, videos, brand information and social-media accounts for which they have the necessary rights, consents and permissions. This applies in particular to recognisable or audible persons, copyrighted works, trademarks, confidential information and content involving minors.

2. Voices and reference images

A voice, face or reference image may be processed only where the customer is authorised to do so and has the required consent of the person concerned. Customers may not create or disseminate deceptive impersonations, deepfakes, false claims about real people or other rights-infringing content.

[LEGAL REVIEW: Specify age limit, identity/consent evidence, moderation, blocking and reporting process.]

3. Prohibited use

In particular, the following are prohibited:

4. Review before publication

AI results can contain factual errors, inappropriate statements, technical artefacts or rights infringements. Before use or publication, the customer independently reviews the result, context, sources, rights, labelling and platform requirements.

5. Reports and measures

Rights infringements or security problems can be reported to daniel@confacAI.com. confacAI reviews reports appropriately and may temporarily block or delete content, productions, connections or accounts where there are concrete indications of a violation and where necessary and proportionate.

6. Rights for technical provision

The customer grants confacAI the non-exclusive rights in supplied content required to technically perform the selected feature, limited to the contract term. Use for its own advertising or general model training occurs only with separate express consent.

7. Relationship with third-party platforms

The rules of YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok also apply to connected accounts. The customer remains responsible for authorising their account, selecting published content and complying with platform terms.

[LEGAL REVIEW: Classify reporting mechanism and potential Digital Services Act obligations based on confacAI’s actual role.]
