1. Subject matter
confacAI is cloud-based software for creators and businesses. The platform supports planning, creating, editing, analysing and managing digital content. It can process text, scripts, transcripts, voice recordings, image and video material, and publishing data, and generate results using AI-supported services.
The exact scope depends on the plan displayed in the portal, purchased credits and activated features.
2. Plans, account and credits
Creator costs €19.99 per month and Studio costs €39.99 per month. Both monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
Studio at €399 per year, paid annually in advance with a twelve-month term and credits provided monthly, is also planned. This annual option is planned and is not yet available in the booking flow.

Use generally requires a customer account. Individual features consume credits; the number shown before execution applies. Credits are not legal tender and only permit use of offered features within the customer account.

3. AI processing and results
The platform may transmit entries and uploads to specialised technical providers where this is necessary for the selected feature. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. The customer must review every result before publication, disclosure or other use.
confacAI does not owe a particular reach, revenue, ranking, publication time, translation quality, image similarity or other commercial outcome.
4. Uploads and produced files
Depending on the feature, customers may provide text, images, audio and video files, brand information, briefs and other content. Permitted formats and sizes are displayed in the portal. Technical restrictions may result from the selected provider, format, plan or security requirements.

5. Connected platform accounts
Where technically available, a customer may voluntarily connect YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok accounts. Permission is granted directly with the relevant platform provider. confacAI does not receive the password for these accounts.
The connection can be removed in the Creator profile. Removing it deletes the connection data stored in the portal; app permission granted at the platform provider may also need to be withdrawn there. The scope of a connection depends on the permissions actually granted and the platform provider’s rules.
6. Availability and maintenance
confacAI is an internet-based service. Features may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security, bug fixes and further development. External platforms, cloud services and AI providers may change or discontinue their services, interfaces, prices or access rights.

7. Support

8. Services not owed
The standard service does not include legal or tax advice, binding platform approvals, copyright or personality-rights review of customer content, manual editing, or a guarantee that published media complies with a third-party platform’s policies.
